Provers
Our range of provers can be used as stand alone units or the FX10S model can also be used
as a base on which to mount the NFC-3 and NFC-5 convection ovens.
The larger rooms are trolley loaded and all have integral steam humidifiers built in.
We also offer a fermenting room trolley which can be wheeled into any suitably insulated
room to convert it into a prover, ideal for busy periods or breakdowns in which an unused
chiller can be used as a prover .
