Convection Ovens

Available in 3 -5 or 8 shelf versions with either gas or electric heating. ( electric only on 3 shelf model ) 5 deck model can be increased to 8 shelf and 8 shelf model can be increased to 10 shelf by decreasing the spacing between shelves. All models have a steam injection facility All models take 600mm x 400mm trays The 3 and 5 deck models can also be mounted on to one of our FX provers.
