In line high speed check weigher with air blast reject facillity. Touch screen controller and 100 product memories. Up to 200g products at a rate of up to 120bags/min.

This fully automatic digital checkweigher with air blast reject can check the weight of up to 120 products a minute. The maximum product weight is 200g and if you have more than one product or target weight you can use the 100 product memory which allows the touch screen controller to be used to save and recalled products in just a few key presses. The reject parameters can be set and memorised and all rejects are logged and can also be downloaded to a suitable printer.

Belt speeds are variable to assist with product separation on continuous packing lines. We can manufacture catch boxes and tables for the rejected product to suit the clients requirements.

In line high speed check weighers with automatic over and under reject facillity. Touch screen controller with 100 product memories. Maximum product weight 1kg. Production capacity of up to 70bags/min.

This fully automatic digital check– weigher with under and over weight rejects. Up to 100 products can be memorised in the touch screen controller and recalled in a few key presses, making product changes quick and easy. The reject parameters can be set and memorised and all rejects are logged and can also be downloaded to a suitable printer.
