A compact solution to opening and sealing premade bags and stand up pouches.
The machine automatically collects the bag from a casette and opens ready for filling, a filling chute holds the bag open whilst it is filled and the bag is then sealed before being discharged onto a take away conveyor
The machine can be used to hand fill bags or can be connected to any of our filling and dosing machines to fill powders - granules - liquids / pastes etc
Suitable for premade bags without zip or grip seals
The elephant model has an extra station to allow grip seals to be opened before filling.
