The BYZJ- 400 is fitted with an infeed bottom Teflon belt to minimize any belt markings on battered products followed by a stainless steel bottom and top enrober style belt to keep the product submersed.
The bottom belt will automatically lift the cooked product out of the oil at the end of the tank, in the base of the tank below the bottom belt is a scraper belt that collects any waste particles that sink and carries them to the end of the tank where the debris is automatically discharged into a waste bin.
An oil circulation pump circulates the oil from the discharge end of the tank back to the feed end, passing through a two stage filter which removes suspended particles, these filters are removable during production for cleaning if required. The circulation also helps ensure that the oil is at a uniform temperature throughout the fryer.
A Siemans PLC controller monitors and controls the belt speed, oil temperature, oil level controls plus all other parameters including a cleaning function.
Temperatures are also recorded and graphically displayed on one of the PLC pages
There is also a fire control system which includes the Co2 nozzles for connection to a fire control gas supply.
