Lavazeinii " entry level " tray sealer with vacuum and gas flush.
Same as the VG 600 but on heavy duty wheeled trolley and larger vacuum pump
To Operate : The filled trays are loaded into the machine and the film is manually pulled across the top of the trays by the operator. The lid is closed and the machine will automatically remove the air and then introduce gas before sealing the top film to the trays. The duration of the vacuum and gas time is adjusted on the electronic controls.
Has easily interchangeable insert to handle different sizes and shapes of trays , supplied with one 1/2 gastronorms mould measuring 265 x 325mm, other available to order
At the end of the cycle the lid will automatically open.
NOTE: the top film is only cut across the width of the film, it does not trim the fillm neatly round the edges of the tray, not does it cut the film between each tray, this has to be done manually with a sharp knife
The standard of seal and gas flush is exactly the same as the more expensive machines in our range, but re presentation the edges of the film are not trimmed so the tray would need to either be used for catering sales or placed in a carton. The presentation is however more than good enough for farmers markets and market stalls
