JV053A Semi Automatic tray sealer
This is the same principle of operation as the JV 052A but can seal larger trays
The Maximum tray size can be divided into seperate trays up to four measuring 265 x 170mm or two measuring 330 x 265mm, Moulds can also be supplied for round / oval / special shaped trays
To operate:
The filled trays are manually placed in the machine and a loading button is pressed, the slide automatically is loaded into the sealing head where the air is removed and gas is added before the film lid is sealed onto the tray, the settings for the vacuuim and gas are all adjustable on the machines controls. the machine then automatically trims the top film to the edges of the trays with no further operator actioons required.
The slide then automatically exits the machine and the operato can remove the sealed trays manually., The waste trimmed film is automatically collected on a discharge roller at the rear of the machine
There is also an option to allow you to use a printed top film and a sensor will ensure that the print is correctly aligned with the position of the tray
