Modular Packing System (MPS) Auger System

The Food Machinery Company are proud to present our Modular Packing System VFFS intermittent motion machines. This VFFS has been designed to allow clients to have a single VFFS with multiple fillers for use with Multihead, Linear weighers, Auger fillers for powders and liquids. A platform is not required as the fillers mount directly onto the chassis of the VFFS and can be changed with a suitable stacker truck or forklift. This VFFS also double servo control system for Horizontal Sealing and Film Pulling.

Auger fillers are used for weighing and depositing powders. We supply auger fillers for integration into packaging system or as standalone units.

Volumetric fillers to fill a set volume
Gravimetric fillers to fill to an exact weight
Integrated feed systems to tins, jars, pouches and bags

Depending on the product type, deposit weight and bag size speed cycle time of this system can vary. To validate an accurate cycle time for the product we recommend the use of our development centre.

As a guide the cycle time for a system of this type, we estimate a speed of 40ppm.
