Description

The vertical form fill seal machine (piston filling) is the combination of a piston pump system and main machine. It carries out film transport and tension, bag forming, filling, weighing, sealing, cutting, counting and other functions. It is suitable for packaging of liquid materials.

Sachet size range is (width) 30mm up to 150mm and (length) 30mm up to 170mm
Deposit weight range is from 0 – 150ml (dependent on product)
Our sachet machines offer various filling methods for a variety of products.
Liquid filling, for use with products such as oils, vinegars, soy sauce or alternatively thicker pastes such as ketchup.

OMRON PLC with OMRON touch screen but an upgrade to a SIEMENS PLC can be requested at an additional cost
