The stainless steel vegetable spin dryer LS-ES removes the water off vegetables after they have been washed. The washed vegetables are simply placed in a centrifugal basket in the LS-ES. The machine automatically starts operating after closing the lid. The machines operates at an ideal speed to remove the washing water while preserving both the product and its juices. The vegetable spin dryer LS-ES is ideal for leafy vegetables and small amounts of heavy vegetables. For higher capacity solutions we can offer the HS-FLEX and the HS-ES vegetable spin dryers.

Advantages

• The LS-ES is a stainless steel centrifugal dryer to remove washing water. This high quality and stable machine is perfectly suited for industrial use and ideal for leafy vegetables and small amounts of heavy vegetables.

• Operating principle: washed vegetables flow from the washing machine into special plastic baskets. The basket is placed in a special basket holder in the drying machine. After closing the lid the machine automatically starts and will run at the ideal speed of 550 RPM. This speed ensures that only the washing water get removed while the product juices are maintained in and the product does not get damaged.

• After opening the lid, the machine stops immediately (break motor) and the basket can be taken out of the machine. Optionally, an electronic timer can be installed to stop the machine after a pre-set time.
