Our Servo Linear Doy Pack machines are part of our Pouch Filling Machinery range. Straight linear design makes it easier for an operator to see the complete process. Equipped with quality parts like Mitsubishi, Sick, SMC, Schneider and Delta. It can pack all pouch styles, flat pouch, pre-made doy, quad seal gusset and even with spout. Our models are designed to pack a large range of products like coffee beans, flours, oarts, dry pasta, chocolates, beef jerky, dry pet food and treats, hot chocolate powder and even liquid.
Pouches are collected and automatically fed from a cassette or infeed bag feeder to the bag pick up station. Here an option to fully or apply labels. Next station opens the pouch and ready for filling and settling. After the product being filled the final stage ready to be sealed and conveyed for end of the line packaging.
