Linear weighers use vibratory conveyors to feed the product from a common hopper into a weigh bin.
The computerised controls give a rapid feed until the weight in the bin approaches the target weight, then a trickle feed to add the last few items to get an accurate final weight.
The machine can be used as a stand alone machine with a foot pedal control for manual filling of preformed bags or alternatively can be connected to any of our automatic bagging machines. We also supply mounting platforms and feed conveyors for the systems.
This model has two weigh-heads with the capability of a weighing range between 50-300g, and, is particularly suited for dry free flowing products ranging from fine granular products such as salt / sugar / rice through to larger items such as sweets and snack products. The hopper volume of this model is 4L making it the best suited for large quantities of product.
