The JW-A Mixing Weigher Range is designed for accurately weighing and blending multiple products in a single operation. Ideal for mixing fresh ingredients, salads, snack foods, frozen products, and more, these weighers ensure precise portioning and consistent blends.
Our mixing weighers can be configured to handle different product combinations:
- 20-head weigher – capable of mixing up to 2 products
- 24-head weigher – capable of mixing up to 3 products
- 32-head weigher – capable of mixing up to 4 products
Each weigh bin is mounted on a load cell and utilises a high-speed processor to determine the optimal combination for an accurate and efficient blend. These systems can be used as standalone units for manual filling or integrated with our automatic bagging machines for a fully automated solution.
With a programmable controller storing up to 99 product presets, quick product changeovers are effortless. A range of additional options is available to enhance product feeding and control for improved accuracy.
